  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept secure payments through available payment methods displayed on our website.

Signaturel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
  • Signaturel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review your case.
